Storytelling Festival in North Tyneside

Tale Spinning is the first Storytelling Festival in North Tyneside. The Tale Spinning Festival is one part of the Under the Dome Festival.

Tale Spinning aims to celebrate how stories give us a sense of place and gives North Tyneside a sense of identity. A number of the best local Storytellers are supporting this event including A Bit Crack, Gary Cordingley and Stephe Harrop.

We also have nationally known Ian McMillan from radio 3 The Verb who will be performing “A Cartoon History of Whitley Bay” with Tony Husband.
