Saturday 29th June, 7.00pm
St Mary’s C of E Middle School, Belford, Northumberland
An evening of stories both fact and fiction.
Storytellers Pat Renton and Pascale Konyn will tell mystical and magical stories from the North and a new and wonderous tale about the people who lived at Green Shiel, an Anglo Saxon farmstead on Holy Island. A story of fear, hope and kindness.
Supported by Jessica Turner, an archaeologist who will take us back to the 9th century and bring to life what it was like to be living in this farmstead so long ago.
Joining us for the evening will be the pupils from the school who will tell the stories they have created whilst working on the project.
£6 / £4 concessions and children (5-16)
